This program is one personal training session every 7 days. This is what we call the MED (minimum effective dose) of exercise. The session is designed to cover your whole body in one session, using high intensity training. Our style of high intensity training is the safest, most efficient and effective way to train with minimal time spent.
The session is conducted in our private studio. There are no distractions from other people, music etc. We focus on you and your training in order for you to achieve the best results.
‘High Intensity Training’ (HIT) can refer to different types of training. The style of HIT we use is resistance training performed with a slow, controlled cadence. This style of training is appropriate for both men and women of any starting fitness level.

No need to spend any more time pounding on a treadmill to try and lose weight, going to hour long exercise classes or getting confused with which machines to use at the gym.
Is one session per week enough? It’s logical to assume that if something is good, then more is better. But high intensity training performed properly is strong stimulus on your body, and you need time between sessions to emphasise recovery. This program focuses on what you really need to do to to improve your body, and what you should avoid in order to have longevity not injury.
For most people, one or two high intensity sessions per week is the ideal amount of training. Excessive exercising (marathon training for example) is agressive on your body and doesn’t produce the best results. In an effort to increase fitness, it is possible to move away from health – and as a result you can get injured or run down.
If you use high intensity training once or twice per week, along with plenty of daily movement (walking, gentle exercise like cycling) plus a healthy diet, good sleep, reasonable stress levels etc, then you set yourself up for a strong, functional and healthy body that will help you feel great plus look toned and fit.
