Most of our clients here are busy professionals who have found it hard to juggle business and family with fitness. Many people will start and stop an exercise regime simply because of their busy schedule, and often have nutrition / lifestyle barriers that hold them back from getting good results.
Fortunately if you use High Intensity Training you can fit the training into your lifestyle. Everyone should be able to find 30 minutes per week for proper training.
I aim to constantly improve my knowledge and keep working on refining my high intensity methods to make them as effective and efficient as possible. I have teamed up with both a nutrition expert and local osteopath – this really helps provide you with a complete package.
